Aortic dissection

Aortic dissection is the splitting/tearing of the intima and media (leaving the adventitia) within the aortic wall. It can result in false aneurysm and other aortic complications and without immediate treatment can result in death.

We develop medical devices that manage aortic dilation and minimise the risk of aortic dissection.
