PEARS presented at EACTS Annual meeting

Seven papers were presented on the use of the ExoVasc Personalised External Aortic Root Support in two sessions at the European Association of Cardiothoracic Surgeons Annual meeting in Vienna on 8 October 2017.  The EACTS Daily News featured a full-page article entitled An update on PEARS featuring the introductory presentation by Professor John Pepper.  The subsequent presentations by five other surgeons led to a positive discussion in a dedicated session on the PEARS approach.  Exstent also enjoyed a busy stand at the associated technical exhibition, where the ExoVasc support was shown to many surgeons and attracted considerable interest from distributors and cardiac surgery device manufacturers.
