Victoria is a Chartered Engineer and experienced engineering manager who has designed, developed and brought to market a variety of products in a variety of industries including medical devices, energy and electro-mechanical. With over 20 years’ experience, she has spent the majority of her career working in Medical Devices in the neurological, cardio-vascular and orthopaedic fields. This includes the development of Lombard Medical’s Aorfix™ stent graft and Renishaw’s neurological drug delivery system and leading continuous improvement activities on Corin’s hip and knee implants. During her time spent in the energy sector, Victoria managed the engineering development of off-shore cable and pipe laying equipment for multi-million pound contracts. Victoria has an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from University of Bristol and is a Fellow of the IMechE and WES (Women’s Engineering Society).
Victoria joined the company in 2021 as Managing Director.
