Ehlers-Danhlos syndrome

Ehlers-Danhlos syndrome is a wide ranging group of syndromes affecting various structures within the body. Vascular Ehlers-Danhlos syndrome, like Marfan syndrome and Loeys-Dietz syndrome, affects the tissues of the blood vessels which can lead to typical aortic dilation, as in Marfan syndrome and Loeys-Dietz syndrome.

We develop medical devices that manage aortic dilation and minimise the risk of aortic dissection.
