An article called ‘PEARS Procedure: What You Need to Know’ has been published in the Marfan Foundation newsletter ‘Connective Issues’.
The article gives information on the number of ExoVasc® PEARS procedures to date and opportunities available for prospective US ExoVasc® PEARS patients.
It includes an interview with the parents of a 5 year old with early onset Marfan syndrome who travelled to the Evelina Hospital in London so their son could have the ExoVasc® PEARS procedure.
The Marfan Foundation is based in the USA and provides public awareness and community support to those in the USA with genetic and aortic vascular conditions.
